Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to these Terms).
• You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Don’t share your account beyond the concurrent sessions your plan allows; abuse may lead to suspension.

DotDraw generates images, videos, 3D models, and web prototypes from your inputs using AI models. Outputs are creative starting points; you’re responsible for reviewing and validating anything before commercial or public use.

• Merchant of record. The Service is sold by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments (“Dodo”). Dodo is the legal seller of record and handles billing, taxes, and refunds. Your card statement will show DODO*.
• Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annually) until you cancel. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• Credits. Some actions consume prepaid credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other currency, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable. Any unused credits expire at the end of the period stated at the time of purchase unless local law requires otherwise.
• Price changes. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next renewal after notice.

Because Dodo is our merchant of record, refunds are handled by Dodo at its discretion in line with Dodo’s Refund Policy.

• New subscriptions. New monthly and annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase, provided the Service has not been used substantially. After 14 days, or once substantial use has occurred, subscription fees are non-refundable.
• Renewals. Renewal charges are non-refundable. Cancel future renewals any time from your account.
• Credits and one-off purchases. Prepaid credits, credit packs, and one-off purchases are non-refundable.
• Statutory rights. Nothing here affects any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights you have under your local laws — for example, EU/UK consumers’ 14-day right of withdrawal.
• How to request. Email [email protected] or contact Dodo support. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 days.

• Your ownership. You own the creative content you produce with DotDraw, to the extent allowed by the underlying models and applicable law.
• License to us. You grant us the limited right to host, store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the Service for you — including serving it back to you and, if you publish a showcase, displaying the public version.
• Your responsibility. You must have the rights to any reference images or inputs you upload, and you’re responsible for the content you generate. Don’t create content that infringes others’ rights or violates these Terms.

You agree not to use DotDraw to:

• Generate unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful content, or content that exploits or harms minors;
• Impersonate others or generate misleading content about real people without their consent;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or resell access without permission;
• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

DotDraw, the DotDraw name and logo, and the Service’s software and design are owned by greenblue-emerge Co., Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our brands or trademarks.

We may update, add, or remove features. The Service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis and we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Generations may fail or be delayed; we adjust credit charges for failed runs so you aren’t charged for them.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or flawed; always review it before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, greenblue-emerge Co., Ltd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $50, whichever is greater).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the last material change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
